Liberty Counsel Discusses Legality of Mandatory Vaccines
Once the FDA approves the vaccines, then the fights will be on. Several state legislative bodies are considering (and some have passed) legislation that would prevent mandatory vaccinations or would require certain exemptions.

In the meantime, if you are a concerned parent regarding school mandates or if you are concerned employee, now’s the time to start organizing and seeking legal counsel in your local area. It’s going to require loud voices in unison to keep your choice as to whether you or your child must submit to a vaccination.
At a recent EEOC public hearing, it was quite clear that some large employers are already considering mandating vaccines for their workforce. Everyone deserves a chance to decide whether to be vaccinated.
